Dr. Mulat attended medical school at Addis Ababa University and Black Lion Hospital in Addis Ababa before completing a fellowship at the Haukeland University Hospital in Bergen, Norway. Dr. Mulat serves as a general plastic surgeon at Bethel Teaching Hospital, where he works with training medical students in advanced surgical care and burn reconstruction.
